Dawn, Dawn, Dawn
We've all been there, done that. Dealt with the pain in the neck stains from things like butter. Those terrible stains that seem impossible to get rid of. Maybe it's the accidental leaking of the movie popcorn onto your lap, or the splattered bacon grease on your shirt, or the oops I melted my chapstick in the dryer and my clothes now have mysterious little spots everywhere. Grease stains! I'm going to tell you a big, fat secret so get ready! The best, and I mean absolute best way to get rid of these grease stains is Dawn. Yes, the blue, dish detergent, better known as Dawn. I have used this numerous times. And when I say numerous, I mean numerous. Unfortunately, I am quite the fan of butter (Land O' Lakes Sweet Cream Salted butter if we want to get technical) and every now and again this butter somehow finds its way onto my clothes. The butter can be on my tshirts or jeans for one day or ten days, but the Dawn pretty much does the trick no matter what. So, for the directions: Douse the stain in Dawn. Let sit as long as possible. Wash. If it doesn't work the first time, start over.
